important component in your overall workout routine. Everyone, myself included, wants to have a lean, tight midsection. You
may not care to have a “six-pack” or even a "four-pack" but you do still want to have a slim or whittled waistline. It is
the first place I'd look to determine a persons overall fitness level. Many people find that earning that flat tummy is quite
a challenge... but with the right abdominal exercises, it can be accomplished.
